ORDERS:

All orders placed with Racing Power Company by phone, fax, mail, web, or e-mail constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Racing Power Company until paid in full.

All orders sold to California addresses will include 9.50% California sales tax. This is required by the California State Board of Equalization. In the event that sales tax is not appropriately applied to an order placed at USRPC.com that is being shipped to a California address, Racing Power Company will calculate sales tax once the order is processed. In the event that sales tax is calculated incorrectly, Racing Power Company will calculate the correct rate and apply it to the sales total. There will be no notification made regarding the adjustment of the total amount of the order reflecting sales tax or corrected sales tax.

DUE TO THE MEASURES PUT INTO PLACE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS, SOME DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED.

Only applies to sales made through www.USRPC.com and cannot be combined with any other specials or coupons. Ground shipping only and provider used will be at our discretion. Valid for shipments to U.S. domestic addresses only (48 states). Excludes shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please present your payment confirmation, order number and photo ID at the will call desk.

 

RETURNS:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER ISSUED BY RACING POWER COMPANY. ANY RETURN WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

Any product cannot be returned unless it is within the warranty period, or an incorrect part was sent. In the case of an incorrect part it is the installers sole responsibility to determine if the part is correct or not, if an incorrect part is installed and either damages the item or any other parts included, it is the sole responsibility of the installer and absolutely no repair under warranty will be given nor reimbursement for loss of time or monetary cost.

Absolutely no product will be returned unless it is a new unit that has not been installed and is returned in original box with copy of original sales receipt and an RGA number issued by Racing Power Company. Returns are for credit or exchanges only, NO EXCEPTIONS. Authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credits are for parts only and WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ON ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
